FO-Dubai is a premium fragrance brand inspired by the essence of Dubai. Suvid Retail Pvt. Ltd. is the exclusive distributor and license of FO-Dubai for all online platforms in India, including this website. All operations, order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service are handled solely by Harmoniq Trading Pvt. Ltd.
2. Eligibility

5. Order Fulfilment and Shipping
All orders placed on www.fodubai.in will be processed, packed, and dispatched by Harmoniq Trading Pvt. Ltd. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of checkout. While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to logistical constraints.
6. Returns and Replacements
Due to the nature of luxury personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns once the product is delivered. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@fodubai.in for resolution. Eligibility for a replacement will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Pricing and Payment
Prices listed on the website are in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed online via the supported payment gateways at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select locations and order values as displayed during checkout. Harmoniq Trading Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel orders in case of non-payment, suspected fraud, or incorrect pricing.
