At Harmoniq Trading Pvt Ltd, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to ensure every bottle of Fragrance O' D' Oasis (FO-Dubai) meets the highest standards, we understand there may be rare occasions where returns are necessary. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return or replacement request.

Eligibility Criteria

Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the packaging seal is broken or tampered with. This aligns with global fragrance industry standards to maintain product integrity and customer safety.

Returns Are Only Accepted Under the Following Conditions:

Damaged Product: The item was physically damaged during shipping.

Incorrect Product Delivered: The item received does not match what was ordered.

Manufacturing Defect: A flaw in packaging or spray mechanism rendering the product unusable.

Timeframe for Reporting Issues

Do not accept any open box or seal-broken products upon delivery, as it voids any claim.

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email.

Claims made after this timeframe will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part, Harmoniq Trading Pvt Ltd will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other approved return cases, customers must bear the return shipping expense.

Inspection & Refund Process

Returned items are subject to inspection to verify they are unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

If approved, a refund or replacement will be initiated within 7 business days to the original payment method.

No refunds will be provided for products found to be used, opened, or tampered with.

Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings related to returns, purchases, or product issues will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat only.

Opened, sprayed, or partially used perfume bottles

Damage resulting from improper use or storage

Change of mind or personal dislike of fragrance

Products purchased from third-party retailers or unauthorized sellers
